Standards

In developing the Study Technology, L. Ron Hubbard found that having even a little uncertainty in a subject can sometimes add up to serious difficulties later. We want our students to have the benefit of their entire educations. Our established standard, therefore, is that every student has a 100% usable understanding of the material studied, and it is the job of the Standards division to see that this occurs. Students go to Standards for examinations after each course to check for thorough understanding and the ability to put to use what was studied. Anything missed is sorted out before the student progresses further. This prevents confusion from building up and producing a later block in study.
